1. Delivery & Technical Notes

  • Instant Access: Your sound packs are generated automatically on the Successful Payment page immediately after checkout.
  • Backup Email: A backup email containing your secure download links will be sent instantly via our automated system.
  • 24-Hour Expiration: For security reasons, all personalized download links (both on the site and in the email) are strictly valid for 24 hours. Please download and backup your files within this window.
  • Email Deliverability (Crucial): * Please ensure your PayPal email address is active and that you have access to it.
    • Important for Outlook / Hotmail users: Due to strict local server filters, our automated emails might sometimes arrive in your Spam/Junk folder. Please check it immediately, or add music[-at-]albaecstasy.ro to your safe senders list/contacts.
    • Some domains (such as .me, .icloud, etc.) have restrictive security policies. Ensure your inbox is configured to accept automated receipts containing external links.
  • Direct Download: The link received in your backup email is a secure server shortcut that triggers a direct file download into your browser. It will briefly open a blank tab or window while transferring the .zip archive to your device.

2. Royalty-Free License & Usage Terms

  • 100% Royalty-Free means you can use the purchased patches and custom presets to create your own music, release tracks, and sell your music commercially without owing Alba Ecstasy any supplementary rights or royalties.
  • The above licenses are granted for ONE user only.
  • Strictly Prohibited: You are NOT permitted to sell, rent, lease, sub-license, loan, transmit, re-distribute, or share with third parties the whole or any part of the transmitted files—even if they were acquired for free or during a promotional campaign.
  • Sharing Restrictions: You cannot share or distribute the free patches or the direct download links found on this website. You are, however, warmly invited to share the official links to the Alba Ecstasy store pages.
  • Sounds provided within the packs by Alba Ecstasy are licensed to the user “as is.” You may not copy, re-sample, or isolate individual raw sounds or samples for the purpose of distributing them as a competing soundbank, sample pack, or software library.

3. Digital Products Return & Refund Policy

At Alba Ecstasy, we specialize in digital goods (software, synth presets, and sound banks). Due to the digital nature of these products, please note the following:

  • Return Window: We do not offer returns or exchanges on digital products once the download link has been generated, sent, or accessed.
  • Refund Policy: All sales are final. Since digital files cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, we do not offer refunds once the transaction is complete.
  • Defective or Corrupted Files: If you encounter any technical issues with your download or receive a corrupted archive, please contact us within 14 days, and we will gladly verify your transaction and provide a replacement link immediately.
  • Return Cost: As these are purely digital downloads, there are no shipping or return costs ($0.00).

4. Synthesizer Safety & Liability Disclaimer

  • Loading patches, presets, or samples into your hardware synthesizer units, computers, or iOS applications is done entirely at your own risk.
  • Alba Ecstasy is not responsible for any loss, data corruption, or hardware damages that may result from the mentioned operations, loading methods, or by using any third-party librarian software.
  • Please read carefully the official user manuals and documentation of your specific synthesizers or software applications before attempting to load new patches.
  • Always make a full backup of your existing internal factory/user banks before initializing or clearing memory banks (when required by the manufacturer). Alba Ecstasy is not responsible for any data losses.

5. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

  • Alba Ecstasy makes no warranties, either express or implied, with respect to the sound packs and associated materials provided to the user, including but not limited to any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Alba Ecstasy does not warrant that the functions contained in the sound packs will meet your specific requirements, that the operation of the files will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that minor defects will be corrected.
  • No information or advice given by Alba Ecstasy shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this liability.
  • Alba Ecstasy is not liable for any claims or damages whatsoever, including property damage, personal injury, intellectual property infringement, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the products.

6. Google Customer Reviews

To provide you with the best shopping experience and collect honest, unfiltered feedback, we participate in the Google Customer Reviews program.

  • What we share: If you explicitly opt-in on our “Successful Payment” page, we share limited information about your order (Order ID, Email address) and the delivery date with Google.
  • The Goal: Google will send you a one-time email to ask about your experience with Alba Ecstasy. This information is used solely to generate a certified seller rating and help other producers shop with confidence.
  • Data Control: Google manages this data in strict accordance with their Privacy Policy. You can choose not to participate at any time by simply ignoring or declining the opt-in pop-up.
